Who we are

What Cloud Launch collects
When you use Cloud Launch we collect:
- The details you give when you sign up, such as your name, company, email address and optional phone number.
- The answers you enter while designing your cloud environment.
- The reports we generate from those answers.
- Your IP address at the moment you give consent, kept as a record of that consent.
- Cookies, described below.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide your report, to let you save and return to your work, and to contact you about our services. We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the service: hosting, database, email delivery and bot protection. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
Generated reports are kept for 6 months. Your other information is kept until you unsubscribe or delete it.
Your choices
Every email we send includes a link to manage your data, where you can unsubscribe from marketing or delete everything we hold about you. You can also email info@cloudassistone.com and we will help.
Cookies and similar technologies
- cl_session is strictly necessary. It keeps you signed in to Cloud Launch on this device and is not used for tracking. cl_report, cl_manage and cl_staff are also strictly necessary: each opens only the one page its emailed link was for (a report, or the manage page), and none is used for tracking.
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs on our sign-up forms to tell people from bots.
- Our site also uses analytics: Google Analytics 4, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Vercel Web Analytics.
Text messages
We would send text messages only if you opted in to them. We do not use text messages today.
Children
Cloud Launch is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
